Lauren has been in the property management business for over 10 years. Over those 10 years, she has curated the company's operations to ensure the most streamlined processes directly benefitting the owner's bottom line.
Our monthly management fee is 9% of the gross monthly rent collected. We also offer a lower management fee for Owners with three of more properties.
We pay our owners on the 15th of the same month rent is received.
Rent is due from the tenant on the first of every month. We accept online payments through the tenant portal via debit or credit card. Tenants can also pay in cash through our 3rd party partnership at local CVS, Walgreens and Walmart. We make it easy to pay your rent!
We use a 3rd party pricing software to ensure our rentals are priced competitively for their market. This pricing strategy, along with professional pictures ensure that we are putting the best product out there. Our listings are syndicated to over 20 rental websites, as well as all social media platforms, to maximize marketing exposure.
